4. Course Description:
This course will prepare the student for the peace officer physical fitness assessment approved by the Minnesota P.O.S.T. Board. Students will perform exercises at the direction of the Cooper Law Enforcement Fitness Specialist to enhance the students' conditioning, agility, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance and strength. This course will also cover nutrition and maintaining total fitness.
