The IT Careers course helps students develop a broader understanding of IT careers in business today. The course focuses on the knowledge and skills required to identify and explain the basics of computing, IT infrastructure, software development, and database use from different career perspectives, helping students to better understand the larger picture of IT enterprise related job roles.
Career Preparation: The studies in this course will help students prepare for careers in fields such as Service Desk Analyst, Data Support Technician, Help Desk Tech, Desktop Support Administrator, Technical Support Specialist, End User Computing Technician, Field Service Technician, Help Desk Technician, Associate Network Engineer & System Support Specialist.
