4. Course Description:

This course is designed for the student who has never had keyboarding or for the student who wants to improve their keyboarding skills. The major objectives are to develop touch control of the keyboard and proper typing techniques, and to build basic speed and accuracy. Emphasis will be on skill building, using proper keyboarding techniques to develop speed and accuracy on alphabetic material and the numeric keypad.
