- Prairie restoration
- Making maple syrup
- Grow, Buy, Eat Local
- Organic Gardening
- Community Gardens
- Building Green
- Northland Arboretum Projects
- Wild Edible Plants
- Hort Therapy
- Botanical Products
- Benefits of Native Plants
- Worms
Specific topics will be developed prior to the beginning of each semester and included in the course syllabus.
