4. Course Description:

This course is one of a series of Server System Administration and Engineering courses that help prepare students to work in the field. This course prepares students for the skills and knowledge necessary to implement Server Infrastructure into an existing enterprise environment. This course focuses and prepares a student on real skills for real jobs and prepares students to prove mastery of core services such as the skills and knowledge necessary to implement Servers and Infrastructure and networking services. In addition, this course also covers such valuable skills as Managing Active Directory Domain Services Objects, Automating Active Directory Domain Services Administration, Implementing Local Storage, Implementing File and Print Services, Implementing Group Policy, Implementing Server Virtualization with Hyper-V. Career Preparation: The studies in this course will help students prepare for careers in Networking such as Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Systems Analyst, LAN Administrator, WAN Administrator, and Systems Engineer.
