4. Course Description:

This course continues to build upon the knowledge and skills that you acquired in either private piano lessons and/or previous Piano Fundamentals classes. This course will help develop the basic keyboard skills that are necessary for successful musical careers. Specifically, you will focus on skills such as note reading, technical skills, pentachords, scales, independence of the hands, sight-reading, harmonization of melodies, and learning repertoire.
