Instruction is presented in theory, equipment, technique, and skill development. Students are charged with developing skills in the flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions on mild steel. Processes utilized include short circuit transfer, spray, pulse, and flux core. The main objective is to build the students’ skill set to reach a level of quality for entry level positions.
