- Describe climatic challenges and how these limits impact vine management and cultivar choice in these regions;
- Describe cultural challenges to grapevine growth and productivities;
- Define differences in fruit maturation related to region of production and the influence of these on timing of harvest and choice of harvesting methods;
- Describe regional/climatic impacts on balanced cropping of grapevines;
- Analyze the factors involved when grapevines are exposed to temperature extremes; and
- Describe the impacts of the above outcomes on economic sustainability.
