1. Lecture Sessions
- Identify four basic emergency action principles and a starting point of treatment
- Identify eye and nose care, bite and sting care, poison care, diabetic care, stroke care, seizure care, heat and cold care, fractures, dislocations, sprains and strains care. Determine what process to follow in caring for the victim.
- Demonstrate methods of rescue, rescue breathing, choking victim first aid, shock care, burn care, bleeding care, splint and sling application, perform CPR
- Understand proper use of AED unit
