- Compare/contrast available technologies available to the operation;
- Develop cash flow projections involving technological upgrades/investments;
- Assess the value of potential investments in technology; and
- Implement the technology.

- Improve written and oral presentation skills
- Develop team and/or project management skills
- Apply tools and techniques developed in diploma and certificate programs
