This course is a slow moving, step-by-step procedure in delivery of the material. Course will provide basic skills including functions of the following: how a computer works, internet security, password security, applications, functions of the toolbar, desktop, file structure, and saving documents. The proper use of email and its functions will be explored along with the features of a particular email system. Utilization of the help and support feature and its functions within the operating system and email system will be addressed.
