4. Course Description:

These courses provide 30 minute private lessons with the instructor once a week covering basic music knowledge and performing skills on the medium specified (brass, woodwind, instrumental, piano, voice, guitar). Skills and literature will be specific to the instrument and individual level of the student. One studio recital performance per semester. This course is repeatable and part of the Music AFA degree, Music Technology AFA degree, and the Music Performance, Technology and Jazz Studies Certificates. MnTC Goal 6
